Jenna Bush Hager just side-stepped a huge celebrity moment - and her co-host is not happy about it.
The star was called out by Hoda Kotb's stand-in, Justin Sylvester, after she turned down the opportunity to see Madonna perform... because it was too late.

He appeared genuinely amazed that she could let this moment slide as he told viewers. "Jimmy Fallon invited Jenna and a friend [to see Madonna] and she said, 'We can't go if it's after 8.30 pm'.
"We could have seen Madonna and Jimmy Fallon perform a classic, but you couldn't go because it was after 8.30. You see what I'm dealing with here people."

Jenna looked bashful as she tried to deny it before confessing: "It is true."

However, the mom-of-three then pointed out that another crew member also turned down the invitation because she too had young children who needed to get to bed.
Justin quickly snapped back. "So now you're throwing Talia under the bus?"

He couldn't believe they both were ok to skip Madonna to put their kids to bed. "I can't, I just can't," he added.

The whole segment was highly amusing to watch and the show shared it on Instagram and captioned it: "But they got "Hung Up" on the time!! @justinasylvester is still in shock after @jennabhager turned down an invitation for them to watch the Queen of Pop herself @madonna perform with @jimmyfallon. Next time, Justin."
Fans added crying with laughter emojis by the bucket load and commented: "Those kids would have survived missing one night of bedtime stories y’all!!! It’s MADONNA," and another said they adored the co-host's chemistry.
